Professional Gas Log Service in Charlotte, NC

Flames That Burn Evenly: Smoke Alert spreads the burner pan sand and rock wool so gas reaches every part of the burner. Charlotte homeowners get an even row of flames rather than one tall corner.

Logs Cleaned and Refitted: Our team removes each log, cleans off soot and dust, then puts it back exactly where it belongs so flames wrap around the logs the way your Charlotte fireplace was designed.

Peace of Mind Before Winter: A visit before the cold months means our team has cleaned and adjusted your Charlotte gas fireplace before you rely on it for chilly evenings with family and friends.

Nothing Left Unchecked: A Charlotte visit includes cleaning the firebox walls and damper area, cleaning every log, confirming the damper clamp is locked open, looking over gas piping, clearing the vent and adjusting the flame once everything is back in place and lit.

Guided by Firefighter Procedures: Our Charlotte crew works from a checklist of guidelines and procedures created by firefighters. Smoke Alert uses it on every gas fireplace we service, so the work stays consistent, thorough and always focused on keeping your home safe from fire.

Across the Queen City: Smoke Alert services gas fireplaces all over Charlotte, from uptown condos to houses in the southern suburbs, so our Charlotte-area team is used to the many gas log sets and fireplace styles found across the city and brings what each one needs.
