Fireplace Glowing Embers assist in creating an impressive glowing effect beneath your gas logs. These embers create a similar effect of a glowing bed of ashes in a wood-burning fire.
Our Fireplace Glowing Embers are Intended for use in both Vented and Vent-Free fireplaces. They are made of Rock Wool, which is the highest quality ember available.
Based on a normal, consistent use of your fireplace, the embers should be refreshed yearly in order to maintain the realistic look they create.
For best results use as directed in your owner’s manual.
One bag of our Fireplace Glowing Embers will be enough to cover an 18″-30″ fireplace. Depending on the configuration of your burner(s) and gas logs, one bag may also be enough for larger fireplaces, although it’s possible you may want to use more.
Installation:
Pinch small clumps and place near gas ports on burner pan.
Place small amounts on logs where the flames “lick” the logs for ember effects.
The use of a stiff bristle brush may be helpful
