Then we got a call that same day they had a cancellation and could work us in almost immediately. It doesn't get any more timely than that. Travis was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient cleaning out our dryer vent. The dryer is noticably more efficient! We also purchased 2 extinguishers from them. I knew we needed them and it was a very friendly price, no pressure sales tactics. Would I recommend them or use them again? In a heartbeat! read less

They are so professional and thorough. We had 3 non working fireplaces that required new liners and other repairs. They did everything in a timely fashion and took great care to make sure no ash or soot got on the floors or rugs. We had a few minor issues after they came and they responded immediately and had a repair tech to our home with a day of calling. Everyone who worked in our home was super knowledgeable and courteous. We can not recommend them enough!!! read less
