My call was returned promptly and I was able to schedule a service visit quickly. The service technician, Brandon performed a thorough cleaning of my gas fireplace, check all smoke detectors and my fire extinguisher. Very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. I love the fact that they are firefighters and I would highly recommend this company! I found out they do dryer vent cleaning as well and plan to schedule that service. read less
