Fireplace Cleaning in Marietta, GA

We inspect, clean and sweep gas fireplaces in Marietta, Georgia, to prolong their life and maintain their heating efficiency. Routine gas fireplace maintenance is also essential because we can identify faulty burners and other components critical to user safety.

Our process involves:

• Cleaning the fireplace: We sweep and vacuum the fireplace to remove debris and dust from the back walls and the damper area. Our technicians also remove and clean the logs and wipe the glass pane.
• Checking the damper valve: Our experts inspect the valve to ensure the safety clamp is in the correct locked and open position.
• Examining gas piping: We check the gas piping for signs of leaks and damage and fix them.
• Inspecting the vents: Proper ventilation ensures proper airflow in and out of the fireplace. We’ll inspect and clean the vents to encourage adequate airflow.
• Replacing rock wool: We remove and replace burnt rock wool to improve the unit’s look.
• Redistributing sand: Our professionals will sieve and redistribute the sand around the burner pan, allowing it to filter gas evenly.
• Testing the remote control or thermostat: We check that the fireplace’s remote control or thermostat works correctly.

After completing these steps, we arrange the logs inside the fireplace and ignite them to confirm proper functionality. If necessary, we’ll adjust the logs and flame. Our team will work closely with you to plan a maintenance schedule around your availability.

Marietta Fireplace Installation

We install high-quality gas fireplace units that deliver dependable performance. When you contact us, we’ll listen to you and provide a suitable solution based on your needs. Our technicians also conduct site inspections to take measurements and determine project requirements.
