I first had Smoke Alert install a new gas fireplace last year since the old gas logs cracked and created carbon monoxide. They were quick to respond and were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I recently called them again because I felt that I was given incorrect information from a roofing company about my chimney. Smoke Alert responded quickly and came out to take a look. I was, in fact, given misinformation about my chimney and Dale and Chris were able to assess the situation and told me they would make sure they would correct the actual problem with the chimney.
